Is salvia nu legaal in belgië?
Wat kunnen ze doen als je 1gram salvia 5x op zak in belgië hebt?

Hier is praktisch niets toegestaan.

In artikel 2, § 2 van hetzelfde besluit gewijzigd bij de koninklijke besluiten van 16 november 1999 en 30 april 2002 worden volgende wijzingen aangebracht :
1° tussen de psychotrope stoffen « AMFEPRAMONE » en « BUFOTENINE » wordt de psychotrope stof « BZP » of « 1-BENZYLPIPERAZINE » ingevoegd;
2° tussen de psychotrope stoffen « FENPROPOREX » en « FURFENOREX » wordt de psychotrope stof « FLUNITRAZEPAM » ingevoegd;
3° tussen de psychotrope stoffen « PMMA » en « ZWAMMEN » wordt de psychotrope stof « SALVORINE A » ingevoegd;
4° de volgende psychotrope stoffen « TMA-2 » of« 2,4,5-trimethoxyamphetamine »; « TFMPP » of « 1-(3-TRIFLUOROMETHYLPHENYL) PIPERAZINE; « 2C-I » of « 2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodophenethylamine) »; « 2C-T-2 » of « 2,5-dimethoxy-4-ethylthiophenethylamine) »;
« 2C-T-7 » of « 2,5-dimethoxy-4-(n)-propylthiophenethylamine » worden na de stof « ZWAMMEN...PSYLOCYBE » toegevoegd.

bedoelen ze dan SALVORINE A als pure stof of ook als het in een natuurproduct zit?

De primaire actieve hallucinogene stof is Salvinorin-A, maar Salvia bevat ook Salvinorins B-F en Divinatorins A-C. Salvinorin-A werkt in op kappa-opioide receptoren in de hersenen en geldt als het sterkst bekende natuurlijke hallucinogeen. <- Daarom staat het wss bij op de lijst.

Omdat in Salvia divinorum de stof Salvinorin-A voorkomt denk ik dat het net zoals alle andere natuurproducten waar deze stof in zit verboden is..
